The NYC Infant Toddler Technical Assistance Resource Center, located at the Center for Children's Initiatives (CCI.) is a collaborative initiative of the New York City Child Care Resource and Referral Consortium. Consortium members include: Child Development Support Corporation, Chinese American Planning Council, Inc., Center for Children's Initiatives, The Committee for Hispanic Children and Families, Inc.and Day Care Council of New York, Inc.
